Jada Legacy Central Apartments

If you haven’t seen their “dog area” this is what it looks like 95% of the time. I don’t think I need to say more about how the rest of the building looks like… with the exception of the leasing office area because it’s always looking up to standards in every way. It’s a shame that this nice new build is turning into trash.

Just moved in two weeks ago and so far I have mixed feelings. A lot of things needed to be fixed in the apartment and should have been taken care of before we moved in. Our unit was not properly cleaned. There are dents in appliances, walls, floors, broken blinds and more. Thankfully, maintenance fixed certain issues but it’s disappointing because I had high hopes for these luxury apartments. These apartments do have a roach and pest issue. I have never lived in an apartment with a roach issue ever!! Hopefully pest control can eliminate them completely. The hallways have a bad smell. The major issue here is NOISE!! The renters above my unit have 4 children that run all day and night. After speaking with them, it is clear the parents have no control over their children and allow them to do whatever as her response was “what do you want me to do”? You would think a family of 6 would live in a house or at least pick a unit on the 1st floor. This apartment community is giving project, section 8 housing and not luxury! It’s making me regret choosing to live here especially since I will be giving birth next month. Update: I forgot to mention how helpful Jennifer at leasing was. She was really great throughout the whole move-in process!!

I had high expectations of living at this “luxury” apartment. However since moving here that has quickly changed, my living experience has not been pleasant. A few days after moving in I noticed an immediate roach Infestation, even after moving in there was dead roaches on the floors and in the carpet. I bought up the issue to management and they had pest control come in. The pest control was obviously no help and since then the infestation has rapidly increased. Their everywhere! From my bed to my REFRIGERATOR! To top it off I expressed an urgent concern about MOLD being present in the unit. Maintenance comes in the unit & they painted over it like It was Nothing! There’s still MOLD GROWING IN MY APARTMENT. I have expressed my concerns to management and have had no course of action taken to resolve these inhumane living conditions! The doors residents enter from the garage some are broken and don’t close so anyone can enter the buildings which is a huge safety concern. The halls stink, the gym machine needs attention. The 2 stars are for the community being quiet & the for how nice the leasing office people are. Besides that, I do not recommend living here due to the disgusting living conditions I’m experiencing with little to no concern or course of action from management.

apartment was good until management started accepting low income tenant. people having restricted dog breed (mostly Pitbull) smell of dog pee around the entrance, dog poop all around the grass area, garbage on parking garage, people smoking weed/smell. be sure to remove any valuable in the car high chance of break in, make sure to lock door and be cognisant after dark. too many ghetto people, good luck trying use pool during summer because ghetto people bring their friends and cousin's and trash the pool area, playing ghetto music might be worth it if you work at samsung or company in legacy plaza and Free EV charging.

Toured yesterday with my client and Vera was so helpful during the tour and amazing during the entire process. She made sure we got the full experience and showed us the ins and out of the property. Chelsea was also very helpful and made sure we had all are questions answered and taken care of. I raved about the property to my client and decided to tour! She was impressed after touring with me and decided I was correct about Jada Legacy West and is putting in her application for her next home! I can not recommend them enough! I recently relocated to Texas from Washington State. My sister sent me the details for the Jada Legacy Central and I was SOLD!!!! I scheduled a walkthrough with leasing consultant Jennifer Stoltz and my mind was made up!!! Jada Legacy is a calm and welcoming environment. Staff was nice and Jennifer’s customer service was off the charts. I love and appreciate all the amenities, cleanliness, and surrounding stores, schools and accommodations. Not to mention the beautiful, spacious, luxury apartment!!! I can only pray there is availability when it’s time for me to move in. I’d DEFINITELY recommend the Jada Legacy Central luxury apartments!!
